Quepasa Acquires Online Dating Site

PHOENIX, AZ -- Quepasa Corp. (Nasdaq: QPSA) announced the acquisition of Hispanic-focused online dating site Corazones.com for an undisclosed sum.

Corazones.com's site claims 300,000 registered members for its dating services and Quepasa.com claims 500,000 members in its social networking site.

"This acquisition will provide Quepasa's and Corazones' members with fun, discrete, free and premium priced dating services," said Robert Stearns, chairman and CEO of Quepasa Corp.
